You and your family have just moved to the area for your new job and although you are feeling very positive about your new career and family move, you are finding it difficult to adjust to the new environment. Over the past few weeks, the increase in stress from moving and adjusting to your new work schedule has led you to feel a bit overwhelmed and worried. Although you are still performing well, you find yourself procrastinating on making decisions and you sometimes have trouble focusing on your duties.
