“Not a Valid Code” : you probably have a typo in your code and should copy paste the code into the form to prevent typos. If there are no typos please contact your facilitator.
“Redeemed” : Please first ensure that you have not already redeemed your code. Codes can only be redeemed once, so you if you have already registered with a code, sign in by clicking here. If you have not registered before and are getting back this message when checking your code, please contact your facilitator to ensure you have not received a previously redeemed code.
