This module is a refresher for people who have completed The Working Mind First Responders.
During the module you will review key concepts that you learned in the course in order to:
- Increase your awareness of mental health.
- Recognize and keep track of changes in your mental health and well-being and know when to take appropriate actions or seek help.
- Have conversations about mental health with colleagues, friends, and family members.
We’ll start by reviewing some key concepts that you learned in the course and then look at how you can apply them in everyday life and your workplace.
